OUR MINISTRIES

This page provides an overview of key ministries at Calvary Chapel.

For information on getting involved with any of these ministries, connect with us here:

  • We seek to reach the hearts of children with God’s Word and the good news of Jesus in a safe, loving and fun atmosphere. And we desire to assist families in discipling their children to love and follow Jesus. Children’s classes and activities are offered on Sunday mornings at 10 a.m. Volunteers will be available to help parents sign in your children. Classes are available for children in preschool to 6th grade. We also offer a fun, Gospel-centered VBS each summer.

  • Our volunteers are dedicated to caring for your baby or toddler in a safe and loving environment. Volunteers will be available to help parents sign in your children. Our nursing mothers’ room is also available for families who would like privacy or a quiet space with their child.

  • Our desire is for our students to have a heart for God and a clear understanding of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We seek to disciple students to know and follow Jesus while providing a place where they can bring their questions about faith and life. We strive to be creative in our approach but also faithful in studying and teaching God’s Word.

Our students help lead worship each Wednesday night and have opportunities to serve in ministry together and with the rest of our church family. We also have a lot of fun with special events and conferences. We have a heart for involving and supporting parents in youth ministry. Parents are always welcome to join us on Wednesday night and check out what’s going on.

  • We offer small groups that meet monthly in homes and on our church campus after service. These groups are a place for people of all ages to connect and provide a time to experience the simplicity of the early church model described in Acts 2:42. Our connect groups spend time in fellowship, sharing meals, discussing God’s Word, and praying together.

  • Our local and global outreach is driven by a passion for loving people and making disciples of Jesus Christ. We support outreach partners doing significant and strategic work around the world. They are Bible-based, church-centered ministries committed to advancing the gospel, making disciples, and caring for the least of these.  We are committed to supporting their work by providing resources and people to help them carry out the Great Commission.

  • Our team of musicians, sound people, and media volunteers are dedicated to helping lead our congregation in worship and facilitate the broadcast of our service online. Their desire is to exalt the Lord and make Him the focus of our worship services.

  • Our desire is for all who attend Calvary Chapel to feel a warm sense of hospitality, and we have a team of volunteers dedicated to welcoming and serving others. Volunteer opportunities include greeting, ushering, serving in our café before service, hosting special events, and providing meals for people experiencing loss or illness.

  • Our men meet monthly for breakfast for a time of fellowship, discussion of God’s Word and prayer. They attend conferences, serve in ministry together and engage in discipleship as they seek to strengthen their faith and love for Jesus. Biblical counseling and pastoral care are made available to men from our pastoral staff.

  • Our women seek to grow in the Lord and connect in genuine fellowship through regular times of Bible study and prayer, meals together, conferences, special holiday events, and serving together in ministry. Ministry activities include providing support meals to those in times of loss or illness. Biblical counseling and pastoral care are made available to women from Sandy Lehmann, who serves on our staff.

  • Volunteers help clean and maintain our facilities and church property – both inside and outside. These volunteers often serve behind the scenes, but their service to the Lord is so appreciated.
